Laura Dottori-Attanasio is a highly accomplished figure in the business community, currently serving as the CEO of Element Fleet Management, the largest publicly traded pure-play automotive fleet manager in the world.

Before joining Element, Laura led the Personal and Business Banking division at one of Canada's largest financial institutions. Prior to this role, her strong leadership skills were showcased when she oversaw the institution's Risk Management activities as the Chief Risk Officer and the Global Corporate Banking and Trading Room Credit in the Capital Markets division.

Beyond her professional achievements, Laura is deeply committed to making a positive impact on communities and creating brighter possibilities for everyone. She actively contributes to various organizations, currently serving as a board member for Canadian Foundation for Physically Disabled Persons "A Seat at the Table," co-chairing the Fundraising Committee for the Children's Aid Foundation of Canada, and the Surgical Tower Campaign for the UHN Foundation.

Laura's efforts and dedication have been recognized by the Association of Fundraising Professionals, where she was honored with the Outstanding Volunteer Award. Additionally, she received the prestigious King Clancy Award from the Canadian Foundation for Physically Disabled Persons.

Laura's achievements have earned her a place in the WXN Top 100 ‘Most Powerful Women in Canada’ Hall of Fame, and she was most recently recognized as The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business New CEO of the Year, solidifying her status as an influential leader. In 2022, Laura was conferred an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Ontario Tech University in recognition of her outstanding leadership in Canada’s financial industry and legacy of professional accomplishments and community involvement.

Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Western University and is fully bilingual in English and French. She currently resides in Toronto with her husband, Mark, and together they are proud parents to four wonderful children.

Kobi also oversees Autofleet, Element’s subsidiary, driving its mission to provide a leading fleet optimization platform that enhances efficiency and innovation in the mobility sector.

Kobi co-founded Autofleet, the leading optimization platform for fleets and mobility operators, that today serves clients in a wide variety of mobility verticals, in over 20 countries and across five continents. Before co-founding Autofleet, Kobi led product tech teams in other fast-growing startups as well as established corporations. Kobi holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University.

Chris has been in the fleet industry for more than a decade and was previously Chief Information Officer for Element. Prior to entering the fleet industry, he held successful commercial leadership roles in equipment financing and Commercial Lending at GE Capital and TD Commercial. He holds an Honours degree in economics with a minor in financial management from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo.

Jim Halliday is responsible for fostering key relationships with our clients and partners and providing strategic guidance and support to drive our performance.

An integral part of Element for over 20 years, Jim’s deep knowledge of our industry, coupled with his unwavering commitment to excellence provides critical expertise towards the growth and future strategy of our business.

Jim has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the fleet industry. Most recently, Jim was Element’s Chief Operating Officer, where he was responsible for global operations including strategic procurement, electric vehicle strategy, new initiatives, digital, P&L ownership across all services, while focused on delivering a consistent, superior client experience. Prior to this role, Jim was President & CEO of Element Fleet Management International and held senior executive, operations, commercial, and business development roles within Element and PHH Corporation, including President and CEO of North America, and President of PHH Fleet Management. Jim earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario, and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Prior to her current role, Elysa led Element’s Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk function strengthening our risk management framework and evolving our internal audit function into strategic enablers of growth and governance. Elysa also served as the Vice President of Risk and Internal Audit at Laureate International Universities and prior to that, held progressively senior roles in risk and internal audit for Under Armour and KPMG. Elysa earned her undergraduate degree in International Business and Spanish from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is a Certified Internal Auditor.

David is accountable for Strategic Consulting and all Account Management inclusive of Fleet Partnership Solutions and Client Experience.

David has been in fleet management and commercial finance for nearly 20 years; from 2015-2019 he built Element's high-performing Mexico team from the ground up, solidifying Element’s reputation as an industry leader in the region. His experience spans sales, credit, marketing, operations, project management and business development. Throughout his career, he has achieved a successful record of generating revenues, increasing market penetration, reducing costs and improving business performance. David holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and an MBA from IPADE Business School.

Claire M. Murphy is responsible for leading our Legal and Sustainability initiatives and ensuring strategic alignment of our legal, regulatory and governance functions.

Claire and her team manage all legal aspects related to client and vendor relationships, litigation, regulatory issues, and the activities of external counsel, while also providing support to Element’s Board of Directors.

Claire has 20 years' experience in legal and compliance, working both in private practice and in various industries in cross-functional leadership, specializing in legal, human resources, board and organizational governance and, continuous improvement.

Claire was a key member of our Ireland leadership team, as we built out our Leasing function in Dublin. Previously, she served as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary and Director of Shared Services, at Speed Fibre Group.

Claire holds a Bachelor of Business and Law, and Master of Law, from University College Dublin. She is a Qualified Solicitor with multiple accreditations from The Law Society of Ireland, including Diplomas in Intellectual Property, Inhouse Practice, and a Certificate in Technology Law.

Bill is accountable for Element’s people and organizational performance, talent management and development, and global compensation and benefits.

Bill joined Element in January 2024. Prior to joining Element, he was Vice President of Human Resources at CIBC, leading all human resources activities for Personal and Business Banking.

Prior to this role, Bill held various executive and senior-level human resources positions at CIBC, Willis Towers Watson and TD Bank. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro.

Since taking on the role in early 2020, the business has experienced double digit growth, consolidating Element as the market leader of FMCs in Mexico.

With more than 20 years of experience as an enterprise leader, Manuel has an extensive background in sales, risk, marketing and commercial organizations. Before joining Element, Manuel was Head of Structured Origination and Trade Finance for Santander Mexico, and from 2006 to 2016, as Managing Director, Sales for GE Capital, he led a top performing sales team while establishing the strategy for the business. Manuel holds an Industrial Engineering bachelor from Universidad Anahuac, Mexico City and an International MBA from EADA Business School in Barcelona, Spain.

Chris Tulloch is President of Element, Australia and New Zealand. Chris previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Custom Fleet, part of Element Fleet Management, handling client service, contact center, procurement, supply chain, and operations functions, in addition to managing the accident management business. Chris brings a rich experience with 15 years at GE Capital, where he served in an array of roles across marketing, operations and risk in the Asia Pacific region, Europe, and North America, successfully leading go-to-market strategies, new business endeavors, direct sales, operations, client service, and client management. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor in Business (Law) from Monash University.

Prior to his current role, Heath served as the Senior Vice President, Treasury, leading the global Treasury and Credit Risk function. He also held the role of CFO for the Element business in Australia and New Zealand overseeing the finance function including controllership, financial planning and analysis, continuous improvement, payroll, pricing, e-finance, accounts payable, tax, treasury, and procurement.

Ms. Taylor serves as a Chair of Element. She was appointed in November 2023.

Ms. Taylor currently serves as Chair of Altas Partners, a Toronto-based private equity firm. She is also Vice Chair of the Adecco Group AG, a director of Air Canada and Mattamy Asset Management, and the Chair of the Advisory Board of the Cabot Collection. In her community work, Ms. Taylor is Chancellor of York University, Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Hospital for Sick Children and the immediate past Chair and member of the Board of the SickKids Foundation. Ms. Taylor is the former Chair of the Board of the Royal Bank of Canada, a former director of CPP Investments and the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Ms. Taylor is a member of the C.D. Howe Institute’s National Council, Co-Chair of their Human Capital Policy Council and a member of the Task Force on the Digital Economy. She also serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council of the Schulich School of Business.

Ms. Taylor holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts (honours) from the University of Toronto. She has also received an honorary Doctor of Laws from the University of Toronto, McGill University, York University, and Trent University, an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Mount Saint Vincent University, and an honorary Doctor of Divinity from Huron University. Ms. Taylor was appointed a Member of the Order of Canada in 2016.

Ms. Addicott serves as a director of Element and is a member of the C&R Committee and the Audit Committee. She was appointed as director in October 2020.

Ms. Addicott is an experienced board director and CEO with a focus on transportation, logistics, and digital transformation. Ms. Addicott spent most of her professional career with FedEx, and recently retired after over 30 years with the company. She last served as CEO of FedEx Custom Critical. She also served as the Executive Officer responsible for the healthcare segment for FedEx globally.

Since 2016, Ms. Addicott has been a member of the board of CDW - a $16B multi-brand global technology solutions provider - where she was recruited for her operational and innovation experience. Ms. Addicott is also Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee at CDW. She is also currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Kent State University, and the Board of Directors of Akron Children’s Hospital.

Ms. Addicott earned a Bachelor of Science in Education degree, and an Executive MBA degree from Kent State University in Ohio. Throughout her career, Ms. Addicott has been recognized with numerous leadership and business awards.

Mr. Ferrari serves as a director of Element and is a member of the Credit and Risk Committee and Audit Committee. He was elected as director in May 2025.

Mr. Ferrari is the former Chief Executive Officer of Bridgestone Americas, Chief Executive Officer of Bridgestone West, and Joint Global Chief Operations Officer of Bridgestone Japan and held various Executive Officer roles at Bridgestone since 2016.

Prior to joining Bridgestone, Mr. Ferrari was Chief Executive Officer of Pirelli North America and Latin America. His past roles also included CEO roles in telecom and technology with the TIM (Telecom Italia Mobile) Group, and executive roles with media group L’Espresso, and with the investment banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston.

Mr. Ferrari received a degree in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, and a Masters Business Administration from Stern School of Business at New York University.

Mr. Graham serves as a director of Element and is Chair of the Audit Committee. He was appointed as director in May 2018.

He has extensive business, investment and asset management expertise and brings a valuable institutional investor’s perspective to the Board. Mr. Graham is the Founder and President of Rondeau Capital Inc., a private investment and advisory company, where he actively managed investments from 2009 to 2017. He has over 25 years of experience as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Executive with firms such as AGF Funds Inc., a diversified global asset management firm, Trimark Investments, a privately-owned investment management firm, and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, one of the world’s largest single-profession pension plans and private equity investors.

Mr. Graham holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Ms. Lamm-Tennant serves as a director of Element and is Chair of the C&CG Committee. She has served as a director of Element since May 2014.

Since 2021 Ms. Lamm-Tennant has been the independent Chair of the Boards of Directors of Equitable Holdings, Inc. and AllianceBernstein Holdings L.P and has been an independent director of Ambac Financial Group, Inc. since 2018. Ms. Lamm-Tennant was the Founder of Blue Marble Microinsurance, and from January 2016 to June 2020 served as its Chief Executive Officer. Blue Marble Microinsurance is a corporation formed by a consortium of eight insurance entities for the purpose of developing service ventures enabling the insurers to enter the microinsurance market.

Previously, Ms. Lamm-Tennant was the Global Chief Economist and Risk Strategist of Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC, the reinsurance and risk advisory operating company of Marsh & McLennan Companies. Prior to joining Guy Carpenter in 2007, Ms. Lamm-Tennant was the founding President of General Reinsurance Capital Consultants. She was an Adjunct Professor at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania from September 2005 to May 2016 and held the Laurence and Susan Hirsch Chair in International Business. Ms. Lamm-Tennant was a tenured Professor at Villanova from September 1989 to May 2000 and was awarded the Thomas Labrecque Chair Professorship in Business in 1999.

Ms. Lamm-Tennant is the Executive Expert on Resilience and Sustainability for the International Insurance Society and author / commentator on environment, social and governance (ESG) matters. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance and Investments from the University of Texas, Austin; an M.B.A. in Finance from St. Mary's University, San Antonio, Texas and a B.B.A. with Honors in Accounting from St. Mary's University, San Antonio, Texas.

Mr. McDougal serves as a director of Element and is Chair of the C&R Committee. He was appointed as director in May 2018.

He brings extensive finance, services, manufacturing and logistics experience to the Corporation, having successfully guided diverse financial organizations in the past. Mr. McDougal provides advisory support to a broad range of privately held enterprises and has served in global finance leadership roles in Asia, Europe and the United States. Mr. McDougal currently serves as Chairman of Board Longyear and has been a director since 2020 and as a board member of Speedcast, a privately held company, since 2021.

Mr. McDougal was the CFO of Great Wolf Resorts from 2018 to 2021. Mr. McDougal was a director of Novitex Enterprise Solutions, Inc., a managed services provider in the document outsourcing industry, from 2014 to 2017. Mr. McDougal served as Chief Financial Officer of CEVA Logistics, a global supply chain services provider based in Amsterdam, from 2009 to 2016, and served as Chief Financial Officer of CNH Global NV, a manufacturer and financial services provider in the agricultural and construction equipment industries, from 2006 to 2009.

Mr. McDougal holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Michigan University.

Ms. McVicar is currently a Partner at CAI Capital Partners, a private equity firm she joined in 2003. Prior to this role, she held senior positions in investment banking at Raymond James Ltd. and RBC Capital Markets.

Ms. McVicar was a director of Teck Resources Ltd. from 2014 to 2024 where she served as Chair of the Audit Committee and is a past director of BC Hydro Corporation where she chaired the Audit & Finance Committee.

Ms. McVicar is also Chair and/or a director of a number of CAI portfolio companies. She is a graduate of the University of British Columbia (B.Comm., Finance) and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and the Institute of Corporate Directors Designation (ICD.D).

Ms. Rosen serves as a director of Element and is a member of the C&R Committee and the C&CG Committee. She was elected as director in May 2019.

Andrea Rosen has been a corporate director since 2006 and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ceridian HCM Holdings Inc., Manulife Financial Corporation and Emera Inc. She also served on the Board of Directors of Alberta investment Management Corporation from 2008 to 2017 and Hiscox Ltd. from 2006 to 2015.

Prior to January 2005, her experience includes more than a decade with TD Bank Financial Group, where she ultimately served as Vice Chair, TD Bank Financial Group and President of TD Canada Trust. Earlier in her career, she held progressively senior positions at Wood Gundy Inc. and was Vice President at Varity Corporation. She serves on the board of the Institute of Corporate Directors (not-for-profit).

Ms. Rosen has an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.

Mr. Téllez serves as a director of Element and is a member of the Audit Committee and the C&R Committee. He was elected as director in May 2024.

Mr. Téllez is an economist with extensive experience in both private and public sectors in Mexico. He currently runs his own consulting firm, LTK y Asociados, where he advises several large companies across various industries.

Mr. Téllez also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico and Organizacion Cultiba and was previously a director on a number of other public companies. Mr. Téllez is also engaged with several non-profit institutions, including as Co-Chair of the Mexico Institute of the Woodrow Wilson International Center.

Mr. Téllez received a Ph.D. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo.
